A newly created opportunity for a commercially driven HR Business Partner to join a well-established construction and civils business based just outside of Buckingham.

A rapidly growing construction and civils business with a rich portfolio of clients based just outside of Buckingham.
Description
The HR Business Partner will be working closely with the HR Director as part of a small HR team for this commercially driven construction business. The role is that of a generalist with an operational and strategic mix. There will also be a lot of project work and working closely with the senior management team.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have blue collar, big company HR experience and be able to demonstrate commerciality in their experience to date.
Job Offer
The HR Business Partner comes with an attractive salary of £60-£65,000 + car allowance and good bonus.
