Henlee Resourcing is working with this fast-paced manufacturer based near Trowbridge, to recruit an experienced Recruitment Lead on a permanent basis.

You will manage recruitment activity across the company, leading a small, talented internal Recruitment team, responsible for the entire recruitment cycle for all vacancies. Planning, developing and managing recruitment processes and strategies, whilst ensuring best practice and creating a first-class candidate, manager and new-starter experience.

Reporting to the Director of HR and managing a team of two Recruitment Officers, you will use your proven people management experience to lead, coach and develop your team and work closely with stakeholders to deliver a high-quality recruitment and onboarding service.

The role, which is key to supporting the company's continued growth, will require you to work both strategically and operationally, working on a wide variety of roles across a range of disciplines, promoting and adding value on their commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion and, be involved in exciting projects such as developing their employer brand.

Suitable applicants will have expertise in talent acquisition, evidenced with a minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience, including managing a recruitment team and seeing through a full life cycle recruitment process to deliver organisational growth.

You will work at pace, whilst paying attention to detail, be a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a natural coach who builds capability and empowers their teams.

You will also have experience in the use of social media channels to direct source, strong analytical skills to produce and interpret data and, be passionate about creating a world class customer experience, whilst driving improved diversity and inclusion at work.
