Human Resources Manager

I am delighted be to partnering with a National based charity to find a HR Manager to join their team. Human Resources Manager, Croydon, Salary up to £41'000 + hybrid working on offer (3 days in the office and 2 days WFH)

As the Human Resources Manager, you will report into the CEO and will be tasked with improving HR operationally, facilitating the needs of the organisation. You will work closely with all levels across the business, ensuring that the HR function runs smoothly, in line with best practice and complying with current legislation. You will be the first point of contact for all advice and guidance as well as dealing with all generalist activity to include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, people development, payroll and policies and procedures. You will also be accountable for leading on diversity, equal opportunity and inclusion, line management of the corporate support and HR Administrator and leading and managing the HR System.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of working in a similar position with responsibility across the generalist remit, you will be highly motivated and empathetic and enjoy working with clients and thrive in a team. Is it essential you have a sound understanding of employment law, demonstratable experience of developing and implementing employment policies, procedures and working practices and knowledge of HR systems and how to develop them. Your inquisitive mind set, ability to work autonomously and involvement in organisational development and change management will be of great interest to my client.
