Job Details
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a strong background of Employee relations.
Client Details
Our client is global and forever growing. Needing a HR Advisor to join their team on a high past desk, concentrating on Employee Relations
Description
- Support and coach line managers with grievances, disciplinary and ER matters
- Support the HR team with escalated ER cases
- Manage HR projects & identify and implement solutions which will have a positive impact on employee engagement
- Develop an expertise in ER, policies and procedures and legislation and guidance and best practice
- Manage absences, including long term & short term sickness and liaising with the occupational health supplier in order to reduce absenteeism for escalated cases
- Remain up to date with employment law and be confident to advise all stakeholders
- Be a direct contact for all line managers
Profile
- CIPD Level 5 or studying towards a L7
- 3, plus years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate - Microsoft excel
- Enjoy coaching
