Job Details
Oakleaf partnership are currently working with a global bank to find HR Data & Reporting analyst on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver regular and ad hoc reports in a timely manner
- Develop new BI solutions for the business - reports and dashboards (data visualisation)
- Support the Workforce Planning framework to ensure HR can provide an insightful and accurate budget process.
- Understand business needs and translate those needs into Insight, though technology self-service upgrades or dashboarding. Allowing for data driven business decisions.
- Document business requirements for HR analytics, develop mock-ups and proof of concepts and then deliver the final product
- Prioritise regulatory and legislative reporting
- Support the Development of predictive analytics and modelling
- Ensure Reporting Guides are developed detailing how to utilise and refresh reports.
Skills & experience:
- Expert user of Excel, comfortable in grouping, looking up and tabling data into usable metrics/calculations.Some experience in Visualisation Tools would be helpful. Such as Power BI / Tableau.Additional Data Application or Programming knowledge is a bonus but not required (Access, VBA, Python, SharePoint)Strong interpersonal, empathetic and listening skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively
