Payroll & Reward Analyst - £45,000 + Benefits - Permanent - London - Hybrid

My client is an expanding financial services firm looking to add a Payroll & Reward Analyst to UK function. The firm has been through a phase of immense growth, and they are looking to continue this trend. They are looking for a Payroll & Reward Analyst to assist and maintain the function. There is potential for learning and growth in international payroll space. .

Duties:
- Processing Monthly Payrolls (Not system specific)
- Regular and ad hoc reporting
- Supporting the Payroll and Benefits Specialist
- Improve Payroll systems and processes

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must:
- have had exposure to UK Payroll (International experience is beneficial)
- Have previous experience in Third party payroll providers.
- be service driven with a high attention to detail
