I have partnered with a longstanding client of mine in the search for an experienced HR Generalist to join the HR function to cover their global client base. The firm have presence in London & across two locations in the US with the majority based in London. This is a small HR function, so the HR Generalist will have a wide oversight of responsibilities from Business Partnering through to managing on / off-boarding & payroll amendments.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for staff on employee queries from both US & UK offices
  • Proficient in various HR systems
  • Managing the on-boarding and leaver processes of all staff; including general administration
  • Participation in Year End processes
  • Managing the annual appraisals
  • Assist in salary benchmarking reviews
  • Assist with Benefit Renewals for UK & International plans
  • Providing administrative support for the Share and Options programmes
  • Take ownership of HR data within HR Systems & files
  • Managing the FCA 'SMCR' processes
  • Ensuring compliance with immigration laws
  • Manage employee training loans and provide advice and guidance on training & wellbeing
  • Manage ER
  • Project work
