Job Details


The HR Administrator will provide a confidential HR and Administration service to the Company and will be responsible for the administration of the day to day running of the HR department.

Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Administrator in Addlestone would be:

  • Support HR administration activities: new starters and leavers process, exit interviews, exit paperwork, facilitate equipment distribution, writing to employees to advise of any contractual changes to their terms and conditions, updating HR records
  • Prepare contract, offer letter, new starter packs for new starters and a robust induction plan
  • Support the administration of Recruitment and Selection; posting vacancies, track applicants, screen CVs, update job descriptions, support interviews, provide feedback, manage the new starter process, background checks, preparing offer documentation and ensuring compliance.
  • Use the various recruitment tools available to source candidates directly and where not possible, engage with and 3rd party agencies to assist with resourcing requirements
  • Maintain HR records in line with GDPR and retention expectations.
  • Respond to requests for employment verification's and other general requests for information from third parties or employees.
  • Support HR Advisor updating policies and procedures, maintaining organisation charts, supporting the administration of the Engagement Survey, supporting the mid-year and end of year review process, supporting managers and staff with queries/problems and fielding general enquiries.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required

Profile

The successful HR Administrator in Addlestone will have:

  • Administration experience, in Human Resources.
  • Strong Microsoft software skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Ability to deal with confidential and business sensitive information.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Attention to detail
