Description
The candidate will be responsible for:
- being the first point of contact for providing advise on disciplines, updating policies, grievances etc.
- keeping up to date and offering guidance on employment legislation.
- supporting the wider HR team with other administrative tasks.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior experience within an ER focused HR role, with full exposure to start to end with disciplinarians, grievances, appeals etc.
- experience within a higher education group.
