I am delighted to be working with this highly reputable and well-established organisation based in West Sussex to help them recruit a HR Systems and Insight Analyst. This organisation is market leading in their industry and believe in making an excellent customer experience.
This role is a key position within the business. You will work closely with various areas in the HR Team including Business partnering, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Reward and will act as the systems administrator, providing analytical support and people insight. As the HR Systems and Insight Analyst you will be accountable for managing a smooth and efficient running of the system and provide first line support to the team. You will be responsible for maintenance and development of the system, supporting the HR Team and business with its data needs using Tableau, building reporting and insight capability, and maintaining the HR Data integrity.
If you have an in depth knowledge of HRIS systems, possess a strong analytical mind set with excellent reporting skills and have an aptitude for problem solving this will be of great interest to my client. It is also desirable to have experience of data governance protocols and data visualisations using either Tableau or Power BI.
