The role of a Reward Consultant will be joining an innovative Reward team for a global insurance firm, having the opportunity to have a hands-on responsibility in managing their compensation processes. This would include managing annual review and bonus processes, whilst preparing and interpreting data. Alongside the HR team, you will helping to run report results, whilst being able to present back your finding.


A successful Interim Reward Consultant will have the responsibilities of:

• Support the annual salary reviews
• Implement incentives- knowledge in LTIP
• Deliver relevant benchmarks across the business
• Analysing and preparing data and reports for the HR Operations team
• Run and deliver annual review and bonus processes
• Has a hands-on approach to dealing with data
• Created salary ranges as per benchmarking outcome
• Created report templates and conducted report testing for compensation module
• Managed job evaluation processes
