Your new role
This role will see you lead on systems and MI, making sure HR systems are not only fit for purpose, but are providing valuable insight, and are supporting to deliver a next-level HR service. Key responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and developing a team of Data and MI Officers
• Continually innovate and develop modern approaches to how the workforce are engaging with people data
• Lead 3rd party relationships with key suppliers/vendors
• Lead on complex data related problem solving

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have:

• Significant experience managing complex HRIS systems (ideally iTrent) in a complex organisation
• Demonstrable experience implementing a new ERP
• Team management experience
• Experience working within environments going through significant change

What you'll get in return
