Description

An Interim Talent Acquisition Partner (AVP) - Job Share to be responsible for:

Temporary Staff Recruitment

  • Liaise with both manager and agency regarding live roles
  • Review CVs and send on to Line Management
  • Arrange interviews
  • Negotiate temp and charge rates
  • Manage Agency relationships
  • Review Agency performance and meet with suppliers
  • Review Terms of Business for any new suppliers and negotiate amendments including Sliding Scale
  • Compliance
  • Create e-temp files
  • Conduct annual rate and bonus review in line with AWR legislation

Temporary Staff Invoices

  • Check and code HR temp invoices and forward to line for approval
  • Deal with queries from invoice administrators and line on time sheets and invoices
  • Liaise with Agencies for timely resolution of queries, including chasing for credit notes and replacement invoices

Reporting

  • Weekly current temps list
  • Weekly figures for HR meeting
  • Monthly temp headcount reports for OAD and F&C
  • Update and check Monthly Visa Report
  • Manage all administration for the annual AWR rate review process supporting HR ED
  • Produce ad hoc data for Senior Management as requested

Database Upkeep

  • Temporary Staff Excel Work Sheet - updated daily and in real time
  • SuccessFactors Recruitment system
  • New Starter/Induction Checklist
  • Sliding Scale Dates and Rates

On-going Administration

  • Weekly checking temp expiry dates, reminding managers and chasing extension applications
  • Contract renewals with agencies
  • Rate change updates (sliding scale/pension/holiday entitlement / AWR to invoice administrators, line and agencies)
  • Filing
  • Dealing with all day to day enquiries from Agencies, Line and external enquiries
  • Ad-hoc duties and projects as requested by HR ED

Profile

An Interim Talent Acquisition Partner (AVP) - Job Share with:

  • Previous experience of managing a temp book
  • Up to date knowledge of employment legislation in relation to temporary workers
  • Experience of Agency Worker Regulations
  • Systems knowledge: Full MS package including advanced Excel, Oracle, Cognos, SuccessFactors (desirable)
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work load in busy, reactive environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and able to compose emails/correspondence
  • Ability to work by oneself as well as a member of a team
  • Ability to work with all levels up to Senior Management
  • Degree Educated (or equivalent)
  • Proactive
