- Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a world leading data, insights & consulting company in search of a Reward Analyst to join their experienced Reward team. The role will be reporting into the VP of Reward & Global Programs & working closely with the wider team with an international remit.
The Reward Analyst Responsibilities will include:
- Providing analytical support to the Reward Projects Team & support on the annual pay review, benchmarking & collating data for salary survey submissions.
- Supporting the delivery of benchmarking analysis.
- Provide data analysis on pay inequity & other internal market - data trends.
- Support building & designing excel & workday dashboards on a range of Reward Topics.
What you must have:
- Excellent excel skills
- Good experience with stakeholder management
- Previous experience working with large HR Data sets
- Ability to analyse & interpret large volumes of complex global data
