Reward Analyst at London Law Firm

A unique opportunity has arisen at one of the most innovative and ground-breaking law firms in London. Working within the firm's HR and Reward team this role is highly varied but will focus on analysing and improving the firms benefits offering as well as being an integral part of the HR Operations team.

You will work closely with the Reward Manager, but also with the Payroll team and the HR Systems Analyst acting as a lynchpin between all aspects of the HR, Payroll and Reward teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor looking to specialise more on the benefits and Reward side, or a HR Analytics specialist looking to broaden their role and take on more responsibility.

What they are looking for is a confident and eloquent HR professional able to communicate at all levels and present their findings in an engaging way to get understanding and buy-in from stakeholders.

The role will also see you responsible for the day-to-day management of two junior members of the team, but they are happy to consider candidates looking to "step up" into their first people management role.

Other key responsibilities will include;

  • Manage the administration of the benefits process on a monthly basis
  • Support the Reward Manager with the annual benefit renewal process, including with data preparation, analysis, and letter production for the remuneration processes
  • Support the Reward Manager with the ongoing maintenance of Willis Towers Watson data
  • Liaise with benefits providers/brokers to ensure up-to-date market knowledge and maintain the best return on investment
  • Have regular meetings with key stakeholders, building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Train and mentor new joiners within the team
  • Support the wider HR team in ad hoc projects


What they are looking for is an HR Advisor/Analyst with solid knowledge of company benefits and the operational side of payroll.

Excellent communication skills, along with being a critical thinker and able to exercise discretion and maturity when dealing with sensitive matters are essential.

Salary is up to £50,000, dependent on experience plus excellent benefits.
