Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a global transport organisation who have an opportunity for a Reward Manager to join their team.
Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will be working on a global scale and will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Supporting with and taking ownership of cyclical reward activities including pay review and salary benchmarking
* Managing short term incentives across the business
* Working on a variety of reward projects through the year
* Supporting senior executives with the development of the reward strategy
We are looking for someone who has a strong reward background, has worked with a global population and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders. The role is based in West London.
