This generalist HR role will give you experience managing the full employee life cycle with support from a senior leadership team but also the freedom to work with your own initiative!

Client Details

Our client in the FMCG industry are looking for someone with a strong admin background or one years experience in HR to join their team on a permanent basis in Harpenden. Our client are offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits and a great team to work in!

Description

As a HR Assistant you will be responsible for generalist HR functions such as:

  • Onboarding/offboarding
  • Managing the recruitment process including: screening and short-listing candidates, arranging interviews, pre screening and employment checks, and writing job descriptions
  • Inductions with new starters
  • General HR Admin duties
  • Liaising with line managers

Profile

The sucessful HR Assistant will:

  • Have a strong administration background
  • Ideally have between 1-2 years HR experience
  • CIPD qualified (desirable but not essential)
  • Have excellent communication and organisation skills
