Our client in the FMCG industry are looking for someone with a strong admin background or one years experience in HR to join their team on a permanent basis in Harpenden. Our client are offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits and a great team to work in!
Description
As a HR Assistant you will be responsible for generalist HR functions such as:
- Onboarding/offboarding
- Managing the recruitment process including: screening and short-listing candidates, arranging interviews, pre screening and employment checks, and writing job descriptions
- Inductions with new starters
- General HR Admin duties
- Liaising with line managers
Profile
The sucessful HR Assistant will:
- Have a strong administration background
- Ideally have between 1-2 years HR experience
- CIPD qualified (desirable but not essential)
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills
