HR and Recruitment Coordinator required

Fast paced HR department - previous experience of working in a similar role is advantageous!

You will be working for a well-known Retail Brand based in London.

Description

The key responsibilities of the HR and Recruitment Coordinator is as follows:

  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced, high volume HR department is advantageous
  • Full employee life-cycle including on-boarding/off-boarding/contracts/offer letters
  • Payroll coordination
  • Recruitment administration

Profile

The successful HR and Recruitment Coordinator will possess the following:

* Proven work experience in HR & Recruitment
* Able to work on own initiative and at pace
* Strong attention to detail
* Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
* Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise
* Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

Job Offer

This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £30,000 - £32,000 for the right candidate

  • Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.30pm
  • Hybrid working - 3 in the office 2 from home
