HR Projects Business Partner (12 month FTC)

Your new company
Our client is an international charity who have presence in over 15 countries across the globe. Within their UK division, the need has arisen for a HR Business partner to specialise in projects across the UK business, with some collaboration with international stakeholders too.

This role is initially a 12 month FTC role and the post holder can work remotely during this time if this is the preference.

Your new role
You will support senior managers across the business and work closely with the Head of HR Business Partnering to understand upcoming project needs that require senior support. These can vary across Reward, DE&I, Talent, Employee Relations, OD/Change and Systems. Your people skills will be important in this role as you will work across the organisation partnering with senior managers and directors.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a strong generalist who can demonstrate they can successfully deliver HR project work, ideally within a large or complex organisation. You will need to pivot frequently in this role, so the ability to manage several projects simultaneously will be very important.
