An amazing chance to join a large Consultancy firm based in London as a HR Coordinator. The role is a great chance for someone to build upon their existing HR foundations, and also develop new skills which will help them thrive within a HR environment.

Client Details

A large Consultancy firm headquatered in London but with international links. The firm offers services to a wide variety of different clientel, making it one of the top competitors in its field.

Description

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Assisting, improving and adapting the on-boarding process
  • Checking references and right to work documentation
  • Managing the induction process for new starters
  • Acting as a first point of contact for all employee queries
  • Advising managers on existing policy, policy change and policy implementation
  • Maintaining an up to date HRIS system
  • Participating within project work where necessary

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have prior HR experience
  • Be CIPD qualified
  • Br organised, efficient and able to work under pressure
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

Job Offer

If successful, the HR Coordinator will be offered:

  • A salary of £30,000 - £35,000
  • The opportunity for hybrid working
