This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Financial Services firm with a number of offices across the UK as an Administrator. This role is based full time in Chelmsford and will be responsible for a number of administrative duties. Due to growth the company are looking for a sharp individual to join their team on a permanent basis. Candidates can be entry level or be experienced Administrators, ideally from a similar industry.

Client Details

The client is a successful organisation within the Financial Services sector who are currently looking for an additional Administrator due to growth. They have offices based in Chelmsford where this role will be based full time.

Description

As an Administrator, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing all round administrative support to make sure clients receive an excellent service
  • Prepare and package reports
  • Prepare letters (mostly templated)
  • Liaise with product providers to obtain fees
  • Obtain policy information, documents, factsheets, illustrations and product comparison quotes through appropriate sources
  • Update system with client information
  • Maintain accurate records and record all client interaction
  • Assist with onboarding process of new clients
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required

Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Live locally to Chelmsford and be able to travel to Chelmsford full time Monday to Friday
  • Have excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Keen and willing to learn
  • Able to build strong working relationships with all colleagues across the business
  • Able to work to deadlines
