Your new role
In this 12 month FTC, supporting a global Technology populations, you will be responsible for driving the People agenda within a defined area by ensuring that all people leaders are equipped and able to deliver against ongoing people leadership requirements, taking a view on internal and external talent, and coaching leaders. You will partner with senior leaders to execute on the People strategy and identify appropriate initiatives with oversight from HR Directors; challenge and make recommendations on current People practices, working through the people implications of business decisions and influencing those decisions. You will deliver and implement core People initiatives by partnering on projects/initiatives (e.g. employee voice strategy, D&I targets, performance and reward frameworks and succession planning with business units and divisions, improving colleague experience). You will undertake analysis of data and provides insights to the competitive landscape and proposed interventions to help drive management decisions and catalyse change for People priorities.

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have worked as a Senior HR Business Partner within a global, matrix business where you will have supported a technology population. You will be able to demonstrate how you have driven the people agenda to meet business targets as well as used data to make informed decisions. You will have experience of leading annual cyclical activities within functional area (e.g., talent review, year-end, engagement, etc) and will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice, committing to a 12 month FTC, working in a hybrid manner (2 to 3 days per week) from the London City Office.
