As a HR Coordinator you will act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries, such as ER issues, exit interviews, updating employee information onto the system, preparing contracts and general HR admin support to the HR manager.

Client Details

Our client are a leading organisation within the Travel and Tourism industry based in Luton and are looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team.

Description

As a HR Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR related queries
  • Providing support and guidance on Employee Relations issues
  • To prepare all letters including contracts
  • Handling maternity and paternity leave
  • Provide general HR admin support
  • Involvement in recruitment such as posting job adverts, liaising with agencies, preparing candidates for interview and being the first point of contact

Profile

The successful HR Coordinator will:

  • Ideally have at least 2 years HR Admin experience
  • CIPD qualified (desirable)
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Be highly organised
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines
