We are looking for a highly commercial HR BP to join a forward-thinking international business that genuinely recognises People and Culture as a core factor in building success.
Partnering with the Commercial and head office functions as Human Resources Business Partner, you will be translating the people strategy into action plans with your senior leader stakeholders. The business values your input – stakeholders are engaged and listening so you can quickly build effective working relationships and start to impact on the day to day.
Key focus areas for the role
- Translating the HR strategy into an HR road map and deliver this through your stakeholders and their teams. Drive a high-performance culture across the business, identifying talent and creating development plans to retain and develop these individuals. Support the talent acquisition team by positioning recruitment as a key agenda item across all departments, ensuring timely feedback and commitment to successful conclusion of key recruitment campaigns. Deliver people metrics for provide insight and support business initiatives Engage proactively with colleagues across the business to create a fantastic employee experience
