HR Coordinator for growing scientific software organisation in south Cambridgeshire, up to £35,000, permanent, hybrid (3 days in office)

I am proud to be working with my client, based in south Cambridgeshire, who are seeking an HR Coordinator to support their HR team as the organisation grows after securing another round of investment.

Your new role
As the HR Coordinator, reporting into the HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the HR team across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and inductions, offer letters and contracts, updating HRIS and databases, maintain HR inbox.

What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will have 1-2 years' experience in a similar HR role and have demonstrable experience of HR projects. You will possess strong working knowledge of HR processes and policies, and be proficient in HRIS and MS Office. You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbally, and possess excellent organisational skills, with ability to prioritise a competing workload.
