Our housing association client is recruiting a Recruitment Officer to join their wider HR team of 15 at their head office in Lewisham. You will be onboarded in January for a minimum of 6 months temporary role.
Your new role
As a Recruitment Officer you will be responsible for delivering a professional and comprehensive Recruitment & Onboarding Service to the organisation supporting the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding cycle. You will be managing all recruitment needs including temporary & permanent. You will be working with managers to understand recruitment needs, and to drive and support the agreed organisations recruitment, selection and on-boarding systems and processes, providing advice and guidance as requited.
This role will be hybrid working with one day per week in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have previous experience on in-house recruitment & onboarding with a strong background in managing candidate effectively and professionally. You must be available to start the role in January.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an hourly rate of £23.34 - £24.56 per hour.
