Compensation and Benefits Manager EMEA required for a lovely, supportive and progressive organisation based in Reading (can be remote).

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Compensation Manager to join a fast-growing global organisation in the life sciences space. The organisation is rapidly expanding through M&A activity and have the need to expand their robust reward team to support this growth. This role will be reporting to the Associate Director of Compensation & Benefits and you wil have no direct reports.

The role will be focused on Compensation activities across 42 EMEA countries. The post holder will also have the chance to be involved in other global projects in the compensation & benefits space should you choose.

The Reward & Compensation Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Lead on compensation BAU activities including annual salary and bonus review
  • Analyse market data to assess competitiveness of offerings across the EMEA coutnries. Lead market data analysis projects
  • Keep up to date on Compnensation laws and regulations across the 42 countries under your remit
  • Assess the current sales incentive plans and look at how they can be improved and harmonsied aross the business
  • Involvement in a compensation education programme for managers - providing a quarterly session with managers and business partners to educate on compensation matters
  • Potential to be involved in global projects

What you need to be successful:

  • Compensation experience in a similar Reward Analyst / Manager role
  • Experience working with an EMEA / global remit
  • Strong excel skills
  • Experience working on reward projects
  • Experience using Workday would be an advantage but not required
