Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large and well-known business within the financial services industry. They are recruiting for two Employment Screening Consultants who will work with senior managers and relevant third-party providers to ensure seamless delivery of employment screening activities. The roles are based in their Manchester office.
What is the role
As an Employment Screening Consultant, you will work with senior managers and relevant third-party providers to ensure the seamless delivery of employment screening activities. You will support the design, implementation, and embedding of HR strategic initiatives and interventions across a range of HR disciplines through the engagement and education of external and internal stakeholders. You will act as the first point of contact for advice and decision-making regarding Employment Screening outcomes.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of employment legislation and employment screening processes, practices, and risk appetite. You will be proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Attention to detail is key for this role.
