Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large and well-known business within the financial services industry. They are recruiting for an Employment Screening Manager who will be heavily involved in stakeholder management, supplier experience, and management of a small internal team. This is a newly created role for the business and is a great opportunity to really shape the role and the team. The role is based in their Manchester office.
What is the role
As Employment Screening Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with internal stakeholders, and the ongoing service delivery of external suppliers, ensuring compliance with relevant Risk Management policies. You will ensure the organisation has robust and appropriate processes in place. You will be able to analyse MI and manage workflows as well as manage, coach, and develop a team of two consultants.
The successful candidate will have experience in operational risk management and control methodologies, and act as a subject matter expert across Employment screening. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, and project management skills including budgets. You will also have previously mentored or managed a team.
