Morgan Philips are delighted to be working exclusively with our client and have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a successful, market-leading business who are looking to grow their team. This is a site based role at near Heathrow and will offer the suitable candidate a great opportunity to establish and grow their career. This role will initially be temp but could become perm.


As part of their continued success, the appointment of the HR Coordinator at the site in Heathrow is critical in supporting the HR team in next phased growth and direction of the company. The role can, at times, be very fast paced but it is a great opportunity to provide essential support to the HR team. You will be the primary point of contact at for all employee and manager first line queries in relation to employment contracts, new starters, leavers, role changes, company policies and procedures and you will manage all employee related information; ensuring employee HR / Payroll files and information is recorded accurately onto the systems and employee information / files are stored in a confidential manner.

Seeking guidance from the HR team as required, to ensure the business operates in a safe, fair and consistent working environment. You will be keen to throw yourself into this role and provide support, where required, on a number of project related tasks. You will see this as a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast paced environment. As an individual, you will be pro-active, resilient and self-motivated with a positive way of thinking, highly personable, diplomatic, professional and possess exceptional communication skills. A very pragmatic, hands-on approach will be required.
