Morgan Philips are currently working with a company in London who are searching for 2 HR Compliance Onboarding Officers for either a 12 month or 18 month FTC paying up to £31,000pa. If you have strong onboarding skills in terms of Visa's and DBS then they would consider to £33,000 for the right person. This is a hybrid role working 1 day per week in their central London office.
The role will be to assist in the smooth running of the HR On-boarding function by providing a robust and efficient administrative service, in line with agreed KPIs and delivery reflecting a world class organisation. You will ensure that new starters are all on-boarded in accordance to agreed processes and polices and in line with regulatory guidance. This role will also support in generating new ideas and initiatives for improvement and supporting the Team Lead with implementing these changes and processes.
The successful candidate will have strong HR admin skills with the ability to source and analyse HR information, providing managers with appropriate data and suggestions on onboarding. You will have working knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with previous HR experience in an HR environment.
