L&D Business Partner

Morgan Philips are currently searching for an L&D Business Partner to join a professional services company in the City for a 12 month FTC paying up to £65,000 pa depending on experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to bring creativity and proactivity to drive a new L&D strategy. You will play a key role in collaborating with the HRD, Head of Learning, HR Business Partners and business leaders, to take joint responsibility for all aspects of the employee continuous learning experience.

You will align service delivery to key business needs, identifying and designing relevant programmes and learning interventions to meet business objectives and deliver bespoke solutions. You will deliver a world class, future-fit learning experience, whilst enabling our people to consistently deliver a truly outstanding experience for our clients. You will have a global mindset, embrace technology and ensure a consistent high-level service delivery. You will have:

• Experience as a learning business partner or equivalent - a track record in a global professional services firm will be a bonus
• Experience in the design, delivery and management of learning interventions
• Excellent commercial knowledge & understanding
• Experience in achieving buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
• Stakeholder management experience
• Facilitation/coaching/mentoring
• Proven implementation of blended learning, including the use of digital learning
• Planning and project management
