Hays are excited to represent a leading, international, successful FTSE 100, blue collar organisation, who are seeking a permanent, Regional, Senior HR Advisor.
Your new role
As a permanent, Regional, Senior HR Advisor, you will be part of a fast-paced HR team, the role is both a hands-on and operational HR role but you will also be responsible for leading on HR projects and initiatives.
Duties will include:
Managing ER cases from end-end, complex disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, long-term sickness absence cases, redundancies and TUPE.
Upskilling managers on HR best practice.
Implementing succession planning and talent management
Implementing ED&I strategies
Preparing HR reports.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience as a Regional HR Advisor, in a blue collar environment. You must have experience managing high volumes of ER cases from end-end. You must be prepared to travel 2-3 days per week. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
