A Media organisation looking for a HR Advisor to join the team.
Client Details
A large Media organisation with offices based in Central London. This role offers hybrid working.
Description
The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Managing their own employee relations caseload, including grievances, disciplinaries and sick leave
- Working with the wider HR team to update policies and procedures
- Advising employee's on policies and procedures
- Advising hiring managers on the recruitment process
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have previously:
- Managed their own employee relations cases
- Have an up to date knowledge of UK employment law, CIPD would be beneficial
- Advised on the recruitment process
- Be able to build quick relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
