Joining a global media company as a Reward Partner. You will part of the Total Reward team, building a Group Reward department. Total Reward responsibilities will have an international scope in 10 countries, seeing their biggest markets in Germany, UK and Poland.
Role responsibility
- Be an important player in the designing and development of global and local total rewards programs
- Take part in the design and implementation of job architecture
- Be responsible for delivering benchmarks on different levels and creating pay-bands.
- Be responsible for salary surveys, reporting and providing market information
- Assist in annual salary - and performance review
- Analyse as-is in both rewards and benefits. Optimize and make business case approach for changes
- Drive changes
