Job Details
This role will lead on the programme management for the delivery of a newly launched leadership development programme, involves collation of evaluation information and supplier and stakeholder management.
Creating case studies to use in learning development programmes, create content to utilise and finding areas of transformation through networking & interviewing GPs etc.

I'm recruiting on behalf of an organisation who is a membership body for the NHS, which brings together and speaks on behalf of all parts of the health system.
Description
They key responsibilities of this role are to:
- Create case studies to use in learning development programme to create content to utilise across wider organisation network by finding areas of transformation through research and interviewing Doctors and nurses etc across the organisation.
- Utilise policy implementation products from the Network such as its briefings, articles, roundtables and consultation responses, working closely with the policy team, within the leadership product / content design.
- Conduct market research around organisational and leadership development within primary care, gathering the views of members, facilitating the sharing of best practice.
- Support with the running of leadership design group
- Ensures connectivity and links in relevant content from the organisation core policy work programme, and wider stakeholders to ensure the primary care voice within the leadership development offer connects to system level conversations or lobbying activity as part of the confederation's integrated member offer.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have a learning or OD/social research background.
- Knowledge of NHS and wider health and care policy
- Knowledge and understanding of the implementation of national health policy in operational setting
- Understanding around change and transformation
*Experience of leveraging influential and senior stakeholders
Using programme or project management approaches
*Experience with designing or delivering organisational or leadership development interventions
Skills
*Excellent analysis skills that cut through complexity, provide insight and craft solutions to complex organisational problems
*Ability to write accessible and compelling and influential narratives.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including being personally credible and influential with senior stakeholders with the ability to make a compelling case for change and write persuasively with a wide range of external audiences
*Strong team player, able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
*Ability to effectively manage a mixed portfolio of policy work, ensuring it is relevant to members, timely and of a high quality.
*Ability to be responsive and agile in a rapidly changing environment
Desirable criteria
* Operational experience of working in the analysis or interpretation of complex health policy
* Experience of supporting the structures of a member organisation
* Understanding of the integration agenda
* Knowledge of primary care and its day-to-day operations
Job Offer
Fully remote opportunity paying £40,200 pa via day rate (in IR35)
