Your new company
Multi office Consultancy Organisation with significant growth and transformation plans are seeing to appoint a passionate and committed internal Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and develop the recruitment function

Your new role
As a an experienced TA Partner or Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the talent acquisition function and strategy supported by the Head of HR, you'll own the full recruitment process to ensure the business acquire the best talent aligned to future growth and strategy. Closely supported by the Head of HR you'll develop the model and take a proactive approach to building talent pools and pipelines, whilst also helping to develop and elevate the EVP utilising your knowledge and expertise, whilst also always advancing proactive industry market and competitor awareness.
The main function of your role will be to deliver an effective, efficient TA service to the business including attraction, selection and assessment methodologies aligned to the budget - your responsibilities will include:

  • Building up solid market knowledge through internal and external networks for effective market mapping and an understanding of competitors
  • Data analysis and insight driven approach
  • Manage the end to recruitment process
  • Effective use of attraction strategies to build a diverse, quality talent pool
  • Deliver related research and feedback for continuous improvement aligned to change strategy
  • Continuously and proactively develop and improve the process and function with input to strategy
  • Ensure a consistent, high quality candidate experience throughout the full recruitment cycle
  • Provide coaching guidance and effective support for line manager through the selection & recruitment process
  • Challenge and effectively manage stakeholders aligned to the ED&I and change strategy
