This is a great opportunity for a HR professional, that has been in within HR for the past year and looking for the next step. You will be providing generalist support to the HR team and experiencing and learning all aspects of HR.

Client Details

Our client is based in Liverpool city centre and a well established and professional company. They have an excellent people focused culture.

Description

  • First point of contact for all HR issues
  • Processing the employee life cycle from onboarding, absence, sickness, maternity ect…
  • Support the recruitment process by producing offer letters, onboarding, diary organisation and inductions
  • Ensure the monthly payroll data is processed and kept up to date
  • Support admin for line managers of ER issues
  • Keep HR systems up to date
  • Main point of contact for all HR administration queries
  • Always follow company process and procedure
  • Be a brand ambassador and represent the company in a professional manner

Profile

  • CIPD 3 (desirable, not necessary)
  • High communication skills both written and verbal
  • 1 year experience within HR
  • Passion for HR
  • Computer literate - Microsoft office - HR Systems
