Reward and Benefits Analyst

  • 12-month temporary day rate contract
  • Circa £500 per day (Outside IR35)
  • 2 days in Birmingham per month (The rest being remote)

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global professional services company based in Birmingham. Our client is recruiting for a Reward and Benefits Analyst to support in the transformation of the administration of reward and benefits propositions. This will be crucial in moving the business towards more digital solutions using SuccessFactors.

What is the role

In this role you will be required to be a subject matter expert on Reward & Benefits data and systems capability using SuccessFactors. You will need to be analytical in your approach to ensure this organisation has the right information to make informed decisions, enabling the retention and attraction of talent to deliver business objectives.

You will be the technical point of contact for system functionality and administration of SuccessFactors Compensation as well as supporting the management of the Total Reward offering worldwide.

What will candidates need

Candidates who wish to be considered for this position will need to have worked extensively with SuccessFactors previously and be able to appraise and develop its offering for the organisation. You will have experience within a large multi-national organisation but will still be able to implement your own policies and procedures and think out-the-box.
