An experienced HR Assistant or Advisor is sought for this office-based role, to assist their Regional HR Business Partner, as they embark an exciting time in the company's history.
This fast-paced role will see you offering generalist life-cycle support to colleagues across the business, with your primary focus being management of employee relations, covering a diverse array of cases; disciplinary & grievance, short and long-term sickness, performance management, Tupe, policy development and KPI and MI reporting.
Suitable applicants will have strong employment law knowledge, gained in a pacey (ideally multi-site) environment, with demonstrable experience of the above, coupled with a desire to develop and progress.
Outstanding customer service, great systems, communication and, time management skills are also essential, as is the flexibility to visit sites across the Southeast if needed (less than 10%).
