Your new company
This is a well-known and reputable organisation with ethics and values embedded in their core. The organisation has recently been through a proactive HR transformation and is looking for a HR Manager to further embed and develop these changes. Currently this SME is at circa 80 staff - plus a large bank of volunteers.

Your new role

You will take ownership of HR provision, providing a proactive and effective HR service to employees, Line Managers and the Senior Management Team.

Your remit is to work operationally with the Chief Officer as the organisation's sole HR Partner covering the full HR generalist remit from ER, recruitment, management of HR records, HR reporting, Learning & Development and review/update Policy & Procedure.

You will also get involved in a variety of projects that are planned for the next 5 years people plan - in line with their business plan - around organisational culture, engagement, performance, talent management, succession planning, L&D/Coaching/Mentoring/Training - to name a few.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have experience at working at HR Manager level OR at Senior / HR Advisor level - ready for that next step - both projects and operationally.
Have experience of working with managers to offer a partnering provision, empowering and upskilling service. HR Projects experience - around succession planning, engagement, cultural change and transformation - value added areas of HR.
Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 minimum Qualified or of suitably equivalent experience level.

In return you will be offered salary in line with your experience and qualification.

The role is working 28 hours a week - hours and days are flexible Ideally you will be able to work in the office on site 1 to 2 days a week (dependant on business needs) and the rest can be flexible - from home or office - as you prefer.
More than standard holidays - 33 per annum INCLUDING the Bank Holidays (prorata for part time hours)
GOOD pension with more than standard employer contributions
