They are looking for an HR Director in the South East of England to create a people strategy and business partner the Leadership team of a 5000 person business.

As an HR Director for the business you will sit on the leadership team of a 5000 person business. The business offers outsourced services across areas like Real Estate and Property, Facilities Management, Security and Logistics.
You will be instrumental in developing a People Plan with the leadership team and managing an HR team to deliver the People Strategy.
This business works across the private and public sector so experience of working with a two tier workforce and unions is an important part of the job.
You will be required to work across the UK but will have a particular focus on areas including Slough and London.
The successful candidate needs to be operating at an HR Director level and working with senior stakeholders and Executives within a business. You must have experience of developing and delivering on strategy.
Key experience would include:
- Working in a business offering outsourced services in area like real estate and property, facilities management, government services, security, outsourced logistics and supply chain.
- Working within a Unionised environment
- Working on frequent and complex TUPE projects.
- Experience of supporting on the bidding and tendering for new business.
You must be able to travel across the UK with a particular emphasis on areas in the South East such as Slough, London and Reading.
