- Responsible for promoting D&I internally and externally to achieve business D&I objectives
- Work closely with wider HR Team to embed D&I across the business
- Develop and design D&I initiatives
- Support and develop ERGs
- Data reporting
- Act as Subject Matter expert
- Keep up to date with D&I changes and up to date with Employment Law
Profile
- Proven track record operating within a DEI role
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Passion for D&I
- Experience delivering D&I initiatives
