  • Responsible for promoting D&I internally and externally to achieve business D&I objectives
  • Work closely with wider HR Team to embed D&I across the business
  • Develop and design D&I initiatives
  • Support and develop ERGs
  • Data reporting
  • Act as Subject Matter expert
  • Keep up to date with D&I changes and up to date with Employment Law

Profile

  • Proven track record operating within a DEI role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Passion for D&I
  • Experience delivering D&I initiatives
