The client is in Professional Services
Description
- A full generalist role supporting the end to end employee lifecycle
- Managing a HR Admin/Assistant
- Manage ER casework
- Coach and support managers with people related matters
- Implement career mapping and succession planning
- Manage any TUPE transfers
- Identify all Training and L&D needs and implement initiatives
- Ensure performance management and appraisal processes are implemented by managers
- Supporting leadership development
- End to end recruitment including identifying job boards/
Profile
- CIPD qualified
- Proven track record operating at Management level
- Experience coaching and supporting managers
- Recruitment experience
- Ideally from a Professional experience background or similar
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to have a strong on site presence
