Talent Acquisition Manager

As Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment cycle for the whole business, based in the UK, but with sites across the EU. You will organise and conduct briefing calls with hiring managers, influencing and educating them on current market conditions, source and prescreen suitable candidates, organise interviews and support with offer management. You will liaise with agencies where necessary for either senior or hard to fill roles, provide regular workforce and vacancy reporting and come up with creative solutions to help source the best talent on the market. You will also proactively pipeline talent where possible.
The candidate will have a successful recruitment career either within agency or in house and able to work fairly autonomously, but with some support from the HR team. You will be a team player, able to work to a fast pace and under pressure. You will also be commutable to Telford 1-2 days per week.
