The client is in Manufacturing
As TA Partner you will responsible for end to end recruitment for the business for all level roles, including blue collar roles and senior leadership positions. This is a standalone position so you will need to be able to influence stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and provide creative solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining the ATS system, proactive talent pipe lining where possible and utilizing proactive sourcing methods. You will also liaise with agencies with more difficult to fill roles.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a construction or similar environment or within agency for construction roles. You will live or be commutable to the East Midlands 2-3 days per week to various sites. You will have strong organisational skills and be able to come up with creative solutions.
