Job Details

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced and proactive D&I Manager to work for a highly regarded global law firm. A 12 month FTC with scope to stay longer for the right person, this firm is looking for a professional D&I Manager who is able to work autonomously in a fast paced, unstructured and ever-changing environment. As such there is plenty of opportunity to develop your career. This person will work on interesting projects in the UK and globally and the role also includes wellbeing. The team are incredibly welcoming and passionate about what they do.

Based from the London office, responsibilities include:

  • Support the development and implementation of the D&I strategy with a focus on areas such as gender, race, mental health and social mobility
  • Work collaboratively with teams to build inclusive practices across the organisation and employee lifecycle
  • Create different opportunities to nurture the appetite of employees to collaborate and develop organisation-wide inclusion practices
  • Work on projects around communication strategies, impactful training programmes and advising on emerging trends and issues within D&I
  • Provide support on events and culture initiatives
  • Represent the firm at external forums, networks, and events
  • Work with the Business Development team on pitches and client events related to D&I

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within Professional Services. A proactive approach and can-do attitude combined with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projects is essential.
