This company is a FinTech start up who are about to head into a large growth spurt and are seeking a standalone HR Operations Specialist to work under the COO and assist them with all matters involving HR and Operations.
Your new role
This is a brand new role in the company, which you can mould into whatever shape you desire. This role will be responsible for assisting the COO with Employee Relations, Recruitment, Employee Lifecycle, Onboarding and Offboarding, Benefits, Drafting Contracts, and overall company-wide Operations.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience working as a HR Generalist within investment banking, investment management, or similar financial services. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a small team or in a standalone position. This role will suit a driven, hard-working, and motivated candidate who is not afraid of a challenge.
