Your new company
You'll be working for a world leading independent insurance brokerage, specialising in risk, benefits and retirement. Based in Liverpool St area, you will be expected to work in the office for 2 days a week. This organisation operates in over 100+ countries with over 8,000 employees.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for joining a fast paced TA team, recruiting across the brokering and 'Shared Services' area of business, often in an EMEA market for all level appointments.
You'll work closely with the Head of TA to strategically go to market and attract candidates to this well-established, booming business.
- Partner and support senior leaders in corporate functions recruitment, including HR, Finance and Marketing
- Work alongside HR, with strategy in talent pipeline, including secondment, international transfers and succession planning
- Attraction and hiring for mid-senior level management through to director hire
- Process improvement for candidate experience
What you'll need to succeed
This organisation are looking for someone to join their team of 5 talent acquisition partner team in London City, therefore the cultural fit is important, you will be a team player who thrives in a fast paced environment.
- You'll have a minimum of four years' experience within recruitment
- Background within agency and internal experience
- Proven experience of senior stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions, 25+
- Previous recruitment experience in insurance is a strong preference
