An exciting opportunity has arisen in Leeds, where a leading healthcare organisation are looking for an ER Advisor to join their busy HR & OD department. This opportunity offers hybrid working, with occasional travel involved across the country which may be dependent on business needs.

Description

The ER Advisor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and professional HR service to managers and team leaders by coaching and guiding them on general operational issues such as terms and conditions of service, sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary, grievances, engagement, employee wellbeing and diversity and inclusion. They will be looking and reviewing policies and procedures, and providing excellent advice and support on these.

Profile

Candidates wishing to apply should have:

  • Proven experience working within a HR/ER advisory position
  • a Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification would be desirable
  • Understanding and knowledge of current and future employment legislation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to build relationships within an organisation

Job Offer
