The ER Advisor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and professional HR service to managers and team leaders by coaching and guiding them on general operational issues such as terms and conditions of service, sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary, grievances, engagement, employee wellbeing and diversity and inclusion. They will be looking and reviewing policies and procedures, and providing excellent advice and support on these.
Candidates wishing to apply should have:
- Proven experience working within a HR/ER advisory position
- a Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification would be desirable
- Understanding and knowledge of current and future employment legislation
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build relationships within an organisation
